Return Policy
Returns can be accepted upon mutual agreement and within 10 days from the issuance of the receipt or invoice.

The return costs are borne only by the customer. Returns due to change of opinion on products are not accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we reserve the right to refuse any kind of product return or replacement.

Returns are accepted when the products have proven, obvious defects such as paraphasades, color deviations and if they have not been washed or processed (cut, sewn, etc.). In case the reason for returning the product concerns a mistake of our company, then the return cost is borne by us. In this case, for the return of the product please contact via e-mail (agostocurtains@gmail.com).

If a defect is found after processing, returns are not accepted and no compensation is made for the processing costs.

In the event of a refund from the poufaki.gr the transaction is made depending on the payment method, either by crediting your card or by returning money to an account that you will indicate to us.
